The Company was established in 1983 under the name of CONCRETE ENGINEERING PRODUCTS SDN BHD with the objective of producing high quality concrete engineering products to meet the needs of the rapidly developing Malaysia and other ASEAN countries.
In May 1991, the Company assumed the name of CONCRETE ENGINEERING PRODUCTS BERHAD when it was converted into a public limited Company. In January 1992, the Company was listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
The Company currently operates three factories (all with ISO 9001 certification), strategically located in the most rapidly growing regions of Malaysia. The particulars of these factories are listed as follows:-

Ever since its founding, the Company has been constantly striving for product excellence and today enjoys the reputation of being one of the market leaders in this region on Prestressed Spun Concrete piles and poles manufacturing. In recognition of the products superior quality, all the factories are certified under the ISO 9002 quality system. Apart from serving the local market, the Company also exports substantial quantity of its products to overseas market such as Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and Myanmar.
